our response to covid-19

Medical and Dental Clinic:

The dental clinic will be closed and remain closed until TISD reopens. However, emergency dental issues will be handled on a case by case basis. The dental clinic has been converted and is now operating as a well child clinic and counseling office. This will enable us to make sure our patients still receive their check ups, vaccines and follow up appointments. The medical clinic will be designated to handle children with illnesses only.  We encourage all our parents to sign up for mychart. This will give you access to e-visits and some visits can be done in the comfort of your home.

If you need more information on evisits, please contact the medical clinic at 903-531-9455  and we can send you a link.

Food Pantry:

The food pantry will be open to serve clients during the hours below.  Car lanes have been set up in the parking lot. clients will remain in their cars as staff delivers food to their vehicles.Everyone involved in the food handling will be wearing gloves and following CDC guidelines.

Tuesday – Closed
Wednesday – 9 am – 12 pm and 2 pm – 6 pm
Thursday – Closed
Friday – 9 am – 12 pm

We strongly encourage everyone to follow the CDC guidelines during this time of self quarantining. We ask that our volunteers over the age of 60 or any with underlying health issues to please remain at home. We appreciate all that you do for St. Paul Children’s Services and want to make sure you remain safe during this time. We are looking for volunteers that are classified as low risk and would be willing to package and distribute food to our clients. Please call Wyatt at (903) 595-5525 ext. 304 if you are interested in volunteering.

St. Paul Children’s Services is making the necessary changes to ensure the safety of our staff, volunteers, patients and food pantry clients. We will do everything possible to keep our staff and volunteers protected during this time and still continue to serve our patients and families. We are following the recommendations from the Northeast Texas Public Health District and CDC guidelines. Please check our website and social media for daily updates for any changes to our operating hours and services. As we see a drastic increase in the number of families that we serve, we are needing community support and resources now more than ever. Please consider donating and help us continue to meet our communities physical, mental, and spiritual needs.

With Much Gratitude,
